The roof measurement platform
built for contractors, by engineers.
Roof Manager is a satellite roof measurement report and complete CRM — proposals, invoicing, AI voice receptionist — engineered for residential and commercial roofing contractors across the United States and Canada. We build the tools we wish existed when we were sourcing measurement reports ourselves.
Our mission
To remove the ladder, the driving time, and the third-party markup from every residential roof estimate — and to give independent contractors the same measurement, CRM, and automation capabilities the large franchises pay five-figure monthly fees for.
Why we built this
The old way
- Drive 45 minutes each way to measure a roof
- Pay $60–$90 per EagleView report, wait hours or days
- Toggle between 5 disconnected tools for CRM, invoicing, proposals
- Miss calls after hours and lose leads to a competitor who answered
The Roof Manager way
- Enter an address, receive a measured report in 60 seconds
- $8 per report (flat), or $5.95 each on a 100-pack
- CRM, proposals, invoicing, and AI secretary in one platform
- A 24/7 AI phone receptionist qualifies every inbound call
How we build our measurement engine
We don't resell someone else's measurement reports. The engine is our own — verifiable, auditable, and cross-checked against multiple authoritative data sources before a number ever reaches your report.
Google Solar API
We pull the authoritative building footprint, per-plane pitch, roof-segment decomposition, and DSM elevation raster for every property — the same data source Google uses for its own solar insights product.
Geodesic measurement engine
User-drawn GPS traces (eaves, ridges, hips, valleys) are processed through our own spherical-geodesic math library — published in TypeScript and a standalone Python reference implementation — to compute projected area, sloped area, edge lengths, and material take-off at configurable waste factors.
Gemini vision analysis
Google Gemini 2.0 and 2.5 models inspect aerial imagery, drone captures, and homeowner photos to identify material, flag visible damage, estimate remaining service life, and classify storm versus wear causation.
The engine cross-checks against the Solar API's own segment totals and flags the job for review whenever the two diverge beyond tolerance — rather than silently emitting a wrong number.
The numbers
What we stand for
Verifiable accuracy
Every report includes an imagery quality score, a confidence rating, and — when the measurement diverges from the Solar API reference — an explicit review flag. We'd rather delay one report than deliver a wrong number.
No subscriptions
We never charge a monthly platform fee. CRM, proposals, invoicing, and the AI secretary are included. You pay $8 per report — or less on credit packs — and that's it.
Built for North America
Material BOMs respect both metric and imperial units. Pricing benchmarks are tracked per province and per state. The AI secretary handles both Canadian French and US Spanish. We're not a generic global product squinting at two markets — we're built for them.
