How much does a Roof Manager roof report cost?
Your first 2 reports are free. After that a report costs $10 CAD (≈ $7 USD) on pay as you go, or comes out of a plan: $199 CAD a month for up to 30 reports, or $1,990 CAD a year for 360. The price is the same for every roof — there is no surcharge for size.
Do I need a subscription?
No. On pay as you go you buy reports at $10 CAD each, 1 to 100 at a time, with no subscription. The CRM, proposals and invoicing are included with the account either way.
When is the $199 monthly plan cheaper than pay as you go?
From 20 reports a month. 19 reports cost $190 on pay as you go against $199 on the plan; 20 cost $200 against $199; at 30 reports pay as you go is $300 and the plan is still $199.
What happens if I use more than 30 reports in a month?
Ordering pauses at 30 until you buy extra reports, at $10 CAD each — the pay-as-you-go price; there is no overage rate.
Do unused monthly reports roll over?
No. The 30 included reports are for each billing month: every renewal starts a fresh allowance of 30, and included reports you did not use do not carry over.
How does the annual plan work?
You pay $1,990 CAD once a year and 360 report credits land in your account when the payment goes through, to use at any pace during the year. That is 10 months of the monthly price for 12 months: $398 less than 12 monthly payments ($2,388). Crew Cam AI is included. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Do annual report credits expire?
The 360 included credits are for the year you paid for: when the annual plan renews, a fresh allowance of 360 starts and unused included credits do not carry over. Reports you buy on pay as you go, on an account without a plan, do not expire.
What software is included with every account?
The CRM and leads board, customers and jobs, estimates and proposals with online signature, invoicing with card payments through your own Square account, door-to-door canvassing, and the Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Ads lead form, Square and QuickBooks Online integrations. None of it needs a subscription.
Is Crew Cam AI included in the monthly plan?
Yes. The monthly and annual plans include Crew Cam AI for 3 people, you included. On its own Crew Cam AI is $89.99 CAD a month, also for 3 people. Each extra person is $24.99 CAD a month.
How much does Instant Estimator cost?
$149 CAD a month (≈ $104 USD). It is a separate add-on, not part of the monthly or annual plan. Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is required, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. There is no per-estimate fee — fair use is 150 estimates a day per link.
Are there per-user fees?
Not for the core software: invite your team to the CRM, proposals, invoicing and canvassing with no seat fee. Accounts with Crew Cam AI — the monthly and annual plans, or Crew Cam AI on its own — include a team of 3 people, you included; each extra person is $24.99 CAD a month.
