How Accurate Are Roof Manager Reports?

On properties with high-quality imagery, Roof Manager measurements can achieve 98.5% accuracy against an on-roof tape measure. Accuracy depends on the quality and visibility of the available imagery: trees, shadows, low-resolution imagery and hidden roof edges can reduce it.

Every report is reviewed by our team before release. Automated checks can hold back a report whose numbers do not add up, and you can request a re-trace. Reports do not print a numerical confidence or imagery-quality score. If the imagery cannot support a report, the report is declined and the report credit returns to your account — we'd rather decline a report than ship a wrong number.
