How Accurate Are Roof Manager Reports?

For properties with high-quality satellite imagery (the vast majority of urban and suburban US and Canadian addresses), accuracy is within 2–5% of manual measurement. Every report includes a confidence score and imagery quality indicator.

Low-confidence reports (typically rural or heavily-obscured roofs) are flagged with a warning banner. In those cases, the engine cross-checks against the Solar API segment totals and refuses to produce a report if the delta exceeds tolerance — we'd rather delay a report than ship a wrong number.
