What Does a Roof Measurement Report Include?

Every Roof Manager report includes: pitch-corrected sloped area, projected footprint area, ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake lengths in linear feet, material bill of materials (shingles, underlayment, starter strip, ridge cap, ice-and-water shield, drip edge, flashing), the aerial image with the traced roof outline, and a pitch diagram. Every report is traced and reviewed by our team.

The PDF is branded with your company logo, address, phone, and licence number. All quantities are in the units adjusters and suppliers expect.
