How Roof Manager Coverage Works

Roof Manager uses Google's Solar API to access high-resolution satellite imagery and LiDAR-calibrated 3D building models. Our coverage extends to any location where Google has processed satellite data through their Solar API infrastructure.

Coverage is strongest in urban and suburban areas across our supported countries. The United States has the highest coverage density, with over 95% of all buildings available for instant roof measurement reports. Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France also have excellent coverage.

Reports include total roof area (pitch-adjusted), edge breakdowns (ridge, hip, valley, eave, rake), material BOM with quantities, segment-by-segment analysis, solar potential data, and a professional PDF — all delivered in under 60 seconds.

If satellite imagery is not available for a specific address, you will not be charged. Your first 3 reports are always free with no credit card required.
