What is Roof Manager?

Does Roof Manager include a roofing CRM?

Yes. The CRM and leads board are included with every account at no extra cost. Leads from Google Ads lead forms and the Instant Estimator land on the same board as the leads you add yourself, and each customer shows their stage, assigned rep, jobs and balance.

Can Roof Manager create estimates and proposals?

Yes. “Build from Report” starts a proposal from a roof measurement report, using the products and prices you saved. The homeowner views and signs the proposal online, and you can see when it was viewed.

Can I invoice and collect payments in Roof Manager?

Yes. “From Proposal” turns a proposal into an invoice. Invoices are sent from your own Gmail address, and customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your connected Square account; the invoice status updates in Roof Manager.

What is Instant Estimator?

Instant Estimator is an add-on ($149 CAD a month, 14-day trial) that puts a price on your website. A homeowner pins their house, answers your questions and sees a Good / Better / Best price range calculated from your rates; the estimate lands on your leads board as a new lead.

Does Roof Manager integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes. Built-in QuickBooks Online export, included on every plan at no extra cost. You choose which invoices and proposals to send, and nothing is read back out of QuickBooks. QuickBooks Online only, on any QuickBooks plan. It does not work with QuickBooks Desktop.

How much does Roof Manager cost?
