Does Roof Manager provide roof measurement reports in the United States?
Yes. Roof Manager supports roofing contractors across the United States. Contractors in any state can open an account, order roof measurement reports by address and run their leads, proposals, jobs and invoices in Roof Manager. Report availability for an individual property depends on usable aerial or satellite imagery for that property.
Who is Roof Manager for?
Roofing contractors and roofing companies: the estimator measuring a roof before a bid, the owner running sales and jobs, and the crew that needs the numbers on site. Roof Manager is reports and software for the trade, not a directory for homeowners looking for a roofer.
What is included in a Roof Manager report?
The pitch-corrected roof area and the footprint area; the predominant pitch and slope multiplier; area by roof plane and areas per pitch; eave, rake, ridge, hip and valley lengths, plus wall and headwall flashing; the aerial image with the traced roof outline; a plan-view diagram with every edge labelled; a waste table; and a material take-off for shingles, underlayment, ice and water shield, ridge cap, starter strip, drip edge and valley flashing. Everything in a roof measurement report.
How long does a report take?
Reports are delivered in 1–3 hours, and usually in under an hour. Each report is traced by a member of our team and reviewed before it is released to your dashboard and inbox.
Does Roof Manager use aerial or satellite imagery?
Yes. Nobody visits the property: a member of our team traces the roof on the aerial and satellite imagery available for that address, and the software calculates the areas, pitch, edge lengths and take-off from the trace. The order form shows you the imagery for the roof before you order.
What happens if the imagery is not usable?
Roof Manager does not guess at roof edges it cannot see. Our team declines the report, you receive an email saying we were unable to complete it, and the report credit returns to your account: a free credit comes back free, a plan credit returns to the plan, and a one-off purchase comes back as a report credit rather than a refund to your card. Where only the outline is clear, an Area Take-Off report (roof area and perimeter, marked as such) may be delivered instead, and it uses the credit.
Can U.S. contractors use imperial units?
Yes. Reports open in U.S. units: square feet, roofing squares, linear feet for every edge and pitch as rise over 12. Any report can also be switched to square metres and metres in the report viewer. Roofing squares and bundle counts stay as ordering units either way.
Does Roof Manager include CRM tools?
Yes. CRM, invoicing, proposals, the leads board and door-to-door canvassing are free with every account. A report’s take-off can be built into an estimate with your own prices, sent as a branded proposal with e-signature, converted to an invoice and paid through Square Pay Now into your own Square account. QuickBooks Online export is built in. The roofing CRM.
How much does a roof measurement report cost in the United States?
Your first 2 reports are free, with no credit card. After that a report is $10 CAD (≈ $7 USD at the rate the pricing page uses), or $199 CAD a month covers up to 30 reports. Roof Manager bills in Canadian dollars and has no separate USD price: a U.S. card is converted by your card issuer at checkout. For comparison, EagleView’s published U.S. Premium residential prices run $24.25–$87 USD per report (as of September 27, 2026). See all pricing.
Can I invoice my own customers in U.S. dollars?
Yes. The invoices and proposals you send your customers carry their own currency: choose USD as your default in Settings › Business & Brand, and a company whose roof setup says United States starts on USD. That is separate from Roof Manager’s own report and plan prices, which are billed in CAD.
Which U.S. states have dedicated Roof Manager pages?
Texas, Florida and California have full state pages covering licensing, codes and permits, with Houston, Dallas and Austin city pages under Texas. Ten more states have shorter pages. A state page is a guide, not a limit: contractors in every other state order the same way. All U.S. state and city pages.
Can I see a sample report first?
Yes. The Roof Manager sample report shows all 5 pages of a finished report in U.S. units, and the PDF is free to download.
